It is the mission of Alex Brooks Canine Center to modify negative behavior which may lead to the relinquishing or even euthanasia of a family pet dog. We instruct owners on how to communicate with their dogs in the dogs natural language, and how to fulfill the dog’s first and most pressing need: leadership.

Obedience training is also incorporated into this process. Board and Train Program with this program and your dog stays at our facility for a two to three week period. During this time we work with your dog six days out of the week and teach him or her basic obedience, along with addressing their individual issues.

Private lessons and In Home Training We offer one-on-one private lessons with our trainers. These lessons are one hour long and are offered at hours convenient for you.

House calls are the same as private lessons but in the comfort of your own home. Private confirmation lessons are also available.

Group Classes, Distraction, CGC, & Kids Classes These popular classes are available throughout the week.

You can start with basic obedience and go as far as certifiing your dog in our Canine Good Citizen class. Distraction class is a drop in class that covers everything from behavioral tactics to off leash obedience.

Kids classes are offered for children aged 8-12yrs old. Alex Brooks Canine Center offers a variety of group, private, or while boarded obedience training programs for dogs of all ages.

Our instructors will show you it is never too late to teach your dog a new trick. Alex Brooks Canine Center is dedicated to the rehabilitation of dogs with behavioral issues. Educating dog owners how to fulfill their dogs physical, mental and emotional needs.
