Alex and Marcy not only opened their facility to our Island Dog rescues, but they also opened their hearts. They voluntarily help give our Island Dogs a new leash on life. They have helped several of our dogs gain confidence and have taught obedience. They have also helped strengthened our foundation by enabling us to work with dogs that may have never found forever homes because of behavioral issues. Alex takes each dog as a special challenge, working individually with our dogs to determine their strengths and weaknesses. He has a gift and a way that allows the dogs to respond to his techniques with ease. He has truly “rescued” the island dogs he has worked with and given them the appropriate doggy etiquette, helping them start their new lives with their new forever homes.
