Jack - Adopted

2 year old, Great Dane/Pit bull mix. Neutered and up to date on shots. Sweet boy and good with other dogs. Jacks original owner passed away, and I inherited him a little over a year ago. We’ve had a good time, but I live alone and my work hours are terrible for having a dog. Jack deserves to have an owner that can spend time with him and that is why I am looking for a new home for him. Jack is a sweet heart who’s had a lot of training. We’ve done some private training and group. He’s a good walker and listens to commands well. He’ll even sit and wait for his food till you release him by name. Briah

Briah’s owner is losing her home due to foreclosure and is desperate to save her dogs. She has been unable to find an apartment willing to take them and wants to find them great forever homes. One of her dogs has been adopted, but poor Briah is still waiting for a new home.

Scout - Adopted

This little cutie was found as a stray in the Vincennes, Indiana area. He was not claimed and needed a rescue to save him from being euthanized. He is very sweet, only 35 pounds and likes kids – LOVES to play fetch!! He has issues with some dogs, which he is working on by being in doggy daycare at the Alex Brooks Midwest Canine Center. The jury is still out on cats. To be safe Scout would probably do best in a home without cats. Scout is a very young dog with a lot of energy. He will need to have a lot of activity in his life to keep him out of trouble.

Patrick - Adopted

“Patrick was found living on at the Ferry Docks in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. His rescuers immediately fell in love and sent him to the states to find a new loving forever home. He is a 10 month old lab mix. He weighs about 35 pounds. He loves to take long walks, play, and cuddle. He gets along great with cats and is good with other dogs who befriend him. He is best in a house with older kids, as he is still very much a baby and a bit clumsy.
